Bell & Ross has recently riched its Vintage Collection with two new models – the Officer Black and the Officer Silver replica watches . The new watches have been created as a homage to the aviators of the 1940′s, who were the first professionals to use the wristwatch as a tool on their missions.

The new Vintage Officer watches feature brightly polished, luxurious contours, demonstrating a elegant look via the impeccable finish and thorough attention paid to every detail. Their traditional rond-shape case is made in stainless steel with polished finish. It measures 41mm in diameter and catches attention by its stylish sheen. For the chronograph model, the case is equipped with a winding crown, located at 3 o’clock and two push-pieces, positioned at 2 and 4 o’clock. The two editions are built to be water-resistant to 100 meters.

Inspired by cockpit instrument, the dial design reveals refined graphics to offer supreme readability. The face is protected by the crystals of the 1940′s, yet it is produced from remarkably strong sapphire with help of the latest production techniques. The sapphire crystal is provided with anti-reflective coating. While the silver sunburst dial radiates bonny opalescent refletions, the resolute black sunburst dial provides supreme readability inherent to professional instrument panel components. The numerals, indexes and hands of both models are covered in photoluminescent coating and decorated with polished appliqués.

Movements are the Swiss automatic ETA caliber 2895 for the time-only model and the caliber 2894 for the chronograph. The former animates hours, minutes, small seconds, and the date function, and the latter animates the two-counter chronograph function, besides traditional hours, minutes, and seconds. You can wear these watches on a black or grey alligator strap, which terminates in a steel folding buckle with polished finish.
