Cartier Sued The Network Of Shops Selling Second-hand Goods
Cartier has filed suit on the sales site HauteLook, claiming HauteLook sales have bad or the unauthorized sale of Cartier products, brands and consumers which caused the "irreparable harm".
The Los Angeles-based electronics retailer claimed that he had never been used merchandise sales. But the Cartier or been sued to appeal the Court Southern District New York.
Cartier said: "Our company has sued to protect their consumers from HauteLook misleading, but this would also maintain the Cartier brand reputation."

Cartier is also accused of selling fake certificates Hautelook, including no longer using the Cartier warranty manual. Cartier asked Hautelook stop selling inappropriate products, and damages to the plaintiff to pay legal fees and other costs.
