Cartier as a famous watch brand is always standing in the frontier of the innovation. Presently, it seems that this prestigious figure is working on something seriously. By re-interpreting an ad campaign from the 80's called "Les Must" the brand is hoping to boost its sales of luxury commodities, including timepieces. After suffering a financial crsis this year, the company reckons they can still sell high end timepieces but for a tad bit less.

Goods from the "Les Must" campaign contain all the things that replica watches Cartier is known and favored for: jewelry, rings, earrings, bracelets, male and female's watches. What's more, I love the combination of French and English, providing that illusion that purchasing one of these luxury commodities is not a choice but a "must."

The "Les Must" timepieces look no different from other Cartier models; the elegant shapes and symbolic Cartier accents like the blue hour and minute hands and the blue cabochon crown remain.

Back in October, Cartier introduced two new watch pieces for this collection: Les Must Tank and Ronde Solo.

Both models are available in men's and women's versions (size differentiates) and are slightly simpler than the original models. Rather than being mechanical, they work on quartz movements (this keeps cost down), and to hide this as much as possible, Cartier, in fact, removes the seconds hands so people can't see it ticking.

The cases are done in steel and even though still elegant, they are simpler, since they are the steel bracelets. All other style details keep the same as the origionals, such as the crown, Roman numerals, blue sword hands and silvered Opaline dial.

Currently, I have no idea about how much less these timepieces could be exactly. I suppose that maybe there's just one appoach to figure out, that is to pay a visit to a Cartier boutique.Surely, there are other choices for you for brand new, original, discounted timepieces, like the wonderful Cartier watches.
