High-end Sports Replica Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Watch
Initially unveiled in 1972, the Replica Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch was highly appreciated in the world of watchmaking as the first high-end sports timepiece. Twenty years later, the brand recreated the initial model, having unveiled an extreme sports version of the timepiece and the Royal Oak Offshore collection was born. The collection has enjoyed tremendous success ever since. In 2009, Audemars Piguet Replicas introduces new versions of the Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph watch. The timepieces demonstrate new dials and accommodate the exclusive self-winding Calibre 3126/3840.
The powerfully designed case of the new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph, 42mm in diameter, is crafted from stainless steel or titanium. It incorporates a signature octagonal bezel fitted with hexagonal screws and a rubber-coated crown and push-pieces.
The case is provided with antimagnetic protection and is 100-meter water-resistant.
The case-back of the watches reveals the engraving of the Royal Oak Offshore logo. The timepieces boast 100-meter water-resistance.
The stainless steel version of the new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak reveals a silvered dial, while the titanium version shows off an anthracite dial.
The highly legible dials of both versions are adorned with exclusive “Mega Tapestry” motif. They are completed with big-sized black numerals and a small seconds index and tachometric scale.
The chronograph function is presented via a distinctively red central seconds hand, 30-minute and 12-hour counters. The counter hands are also in red. The third counter is for the small seconds. You will notice the big date aperture at 3 o'clock.
The stainless steel case of the Replica Audemars Piguet watch is coupled with a bracelet in the same material fitted with an AP triple-blade folding clasp or a black “Hornback” crocodile leather strap with a steel AP folding clasp.
The titanium case is presented with a titanium bracelet fitted with an AP triple-blade folding clasp.
The exclusive self-winding movement, beating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, provides 60 hours of power reserve. The movement demonstrates perfect finishing, with all parts decorated by hand.
It is expected that the stainless steel version of the watch will be available for 16 160 Euro, and the titanium version for 17 540 Euro.
