Good news for all Oris fans – the brand releases new limited edition timepiece – the Replica Oris 4e RHFS Limited Edition watch. The watch has been inspired by the 4eme Regiment d’Helicopteres des Forces Speciales (implying 4th Special Forces Helicopter Regiment) that represents an elite French Army aviation regiment. The professional flight instrument has been tested by the pilots of the regiment.

The design of the new Oris pilot’s watch was based on the brand’s award-winning BC4 aviation collection. The timepiece is animated by a reliable Swiss chronograph movement.

The multi-piece 42.70mm case of the watch is rendered in stainless steel. The surface of the case is provided with a gun metal gray PVD coating to make it non-reflective – the pilots need to maintain camouflage during their missions.

The case construction incorporates the Oris Quick Lock Crown system to avoid accidental adjustment. It is coupled with a strap fitted with the brand’s innovative folding safety clasp that allows to easily adjust the length of the strap in every situation. The timepiece is 100-meter water-resistant.

The black dial is completed with Superluminova numerals and indices. The time is shown by nickel hands with white Superluminova inlay. You will notice the regiment’s logo on the background of the small second display presented in discreet grey against the black background. The same logo is also featured on the case back, along with the limited edition number.

One peculiar detail is the tip of the second hand that is created in three colors - blue, white and red of the French flag, hinting at the origins of the elite troops.

The watch’s face is shielded by a sapphire crystal domed on both sides and provided with inner and outer anti-reflective coating.

The heart of the new Replica Oris watch is an automatic mechanical movement with chronograph function. The date function is presented via a window at 6 o’clock, while the small seconds are featured at 9 o’clock.

The Oris 4e RHFS Limited Edition watch goes on a black leather strap featuring contrast stitching and fitted with a folding safety clasp.

The watch will be delivered within a special set that comprises a certificate and a key ring with 4e Regiment logo.
