Instructions to Repair Replica Versace Watches :

Locate your Versace watch's International Warranty and insert the warranty number in the "Verify your Warranty" tab. Select "Go" to check the validity of the warranty. The International Warranty is valid for two years after the purchase date.

Call an authorized Versace Precious Items Retailer. After the Warranty Period

Fill out and submit the Saltzman's Service Submission Form. The form asks for your personal contact information and for details about the watch and its condition. See the Resource section for the Service Submission Form.

Purchase a mailing envelope or small box reinforced with bubble wrap.

Insert the watch and the completed form into the mailing envelope, and mail it to the address listed at the top of the Service Submission Form. Saltzman's will contact you with a response with a repair estimate within 24 hours after receiving the watch.

Approve the estimate for the repair and arrange a form of payment. You will receive your fixed watch within two to three weeks.

Tips & Warnings

Double-check your receipt and warranty. You may have purchased a warranty from the retailer in addition to the International Warranty that comes with each Versace watch.

Insure the package you use to mail the watch.

Check online customer reviews or with the Better Business Bureau to gather information about watch repair specialists before doing business with them.

The International Warranty is only valid if you properly filled out the warranty certificate and had it signed and stamped by the retailer at the time of purchase.
